Take two A3 paper strips, mark them out, and fold them precisely along the line.

Glue each folded strip together (using PVA or any glue other) to create two sturdy, double-layered wings.

Mark out and cut the paper struts with mounting tabs for secure attachment.
Install two struts at the outer edges of the lower wing. Ensure the fold of each strut faces forward in the direction of flight.

Glue the upper wing directly above the lower wing, maintaining perpendicular struts and parallel wing planes.
Glue a wooden skewer along the center so that it stays strictly within the outline of the wing.

Place two additional struts next to the skewer to reinforce the central section and prevent the wing from flexing.
Make and attach a horizontal stabilizer to the rear end of the skewer.
Draw, cut out a vertical fin, and glue it aligned with the center of the horizontal stabilizer.

Perform the standard center-of-gravity balancing procedure by adding modeling clay to the nose of the skewer until smooth, stable gliding flight is achieved.
