Making wings for the Pelican model.

First, we need to make a plate that will serve as the base for the wing structure. Each individual plate is glued together for each snout client. All the wing components will then be attached to this plate.

Next, the wing struts, slats, aileron plate, and part of the nose are glued to the plate with epoxy resin. After that, the ribs, which shape the wing profile and increase strength, are glued with cyanoacrylate glue.

So the wings already look like themselves and all that remains is to sew up the forehead to improve aerodynamics and tighten the structure. This is done with 1.5mm balsa and glued with epoxy resin.


The next step is to sand the wings and prepare them for covering with film. Then, make the smallest details, like the square that holds the wings together. In
