To begin, a long ski was created from pine slats and 4mm balsa. The design was sculpted with a tip that curved outward into a teardrop shape. We needed the shape of the ski so that the model could take off without landing gear.

Two frames were raised from the ski base, one of which served as a power unit for mounting the propulsion system. The frames were also tied together with pine slats to create a strong structure.Next, the walls of the physis were glued to the frames with epoxy resin and various openings for the steam were created.

Afterward, all the electronics mounts were installed and access hatches were made. Preparations for film application were also completed.
